Josh Gilmore
President & CEO
A native of Sterling, Josh grew up working on the family farming operation. After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Agribusiness he was fortunate to land an IT position in Kansas City, working under two great leaders. After five years in the technology field Josh and wife Christi moved back to Sterling in early 2003 to raise their children, Lindsay and Lucas, and open Gilmore Solutions. A licensed pilot and avid golfer, Josh enjoys time with friends and watching sports of all kinds.
Julie Gellerman
Finance Manager
Julie Gellerman is a third-generation native of Sterling. After graduating from University of Kansas, she moved to Tucson, AZ, where she met and married husband Jerry. They eventually returned to Sterling to raise their children, Jamie and Michael, now college-age. Julie joined Gilmore Solutions in 2008 as the finance manager. She currently oversees the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll areas of the business.
Chris Schneider
Service Manager
and Lead Engineer
A graduate of Sterling High School and Sterling College, Chris majored in Business Management and Computer Science. During his tenure at SC he was a varsity starter for the Warrior basketball and football teams. Upon graduation in January 2001, he joined Josh at Gilmore Solutions as a technician. As the company has grown, Chris has been promoted to service manager and currently oversees all areas of the service department, including client relationship management, reporting, personnel management, project management and scheduling. Chris currently resides in Boulder, CO with his wife Kylie and is actively involved in sporting and outdoor activities.
Vern Pflughoeft
Systems Engineer
Vernon Pflughoeft grew up in Lorraine, a small town in central Kansas. He graduated from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Information Networking and Telecommunications. Vern interned for Gilmore Solutions during his final year of college, and then joined the team full time after graduation in May of 2010 as a network and telephony engineer.

Hollingshead
Systems Engineer
After growing up in Wichita, Kansas Dereck Hollingshead attended Fort Hays State University, earning a degree in Information Networking and Telecommunications. He joined the Gilmore Solutions team in 2011, bringing experience in audio/video, surveillance and security technologies. Dereck and his wife Danielle currently reside in Claflin, Kansas. They enjoy spending time with family and friends.
